Parking Strategy

This strategy will guide how Council manages parking throughout the shire both now and into the future., The five guiding principles of the strategy will assist Council to respond to the growing and changing needs of the Moorabool community. The guiding principles are:

  • Maximise use of existing parking
  • Meet future parking demands
  • Maintain rural charm of towns
  • Localised parking requirements 
  • Increased travel by other modes
