Request a copy of a rates notice

You can request a copy of a rates notice if you are:

  • Registered owner of a property;
  • Registered director/secretary of a property owned by a Business if an ASIC extract has been provided;
  • Nominated ratepayer of a property;
  • A property manager who has third party authorisation on a property;
  • Another nominated and registered third party on a property.

To protect your privacy, we cannot send a copy of a rates notice to anyone who is not authorised.

You can apply to get a copy of your rates notice by filling in an online form.

By phone

You can call our friendly customer service team and request a copy of your rates notice to be emailed, posted or arrange for it to be picked up from one of our council offices.

You can attend one of our 3 council offices and request a copy of your rates notice from our customer service team.

We can send your rates notice to you by email or post within 5 business days.
