Amendment C101 - Browns Lane

Moorabool Shire Council prepared Amendment C101moor to the Moorabool Planning Scheme.

Amendment C101moor sought to remove the Heritage Overlay (HO194), which is incorrectly applied to 75 Browns Lane, Parwan, and apply the Heritage Overlay (HO194) to 81 Browns Lane, Parwan. The amendment affects the two aforementioned individual properties.

Specifically, the amendment proposed to:

  • Amend the Schedule to Clause 43.01 Heritage Overlay to:

    - include reference to 81 Browns Lane, Parwan, and remove reference to 75 Browns Lane, Parwan at HO194.

    - make reference to the Hill Farm, Statement of Significance, September 2022.

  • Amend the Schedule to Clause 72.04 by including a new Incorporated Document ‘Hill Farm Statement of Significance, September 2022’.

  • Amend Planning Scheme Map 46HO by deleting HO194 from 75 Browns Lane, Parwan and applying HO194 to 81 Browns Lane, Parwan.

Amendment C101moor was publicly exhibited from 27 October 2022 to 27 November 2022.

Approved granted by the Minister for Planning & a Government gazettal publish on Friday 14 April 2023
