Join local Moorabool artist Jonny Hall as he shares his experiences as a junior illustrator from Moorabool. Hear about his challenges and successes, and how he strives to make his art a gift to society.
At the conclusion of this event there will also be an opportunity to view Jonny's exhibition in the MAPP Up in Lights in the Village Green.
Light morning tea will be supplied.
About the presenter:
Jonathan is a passionate illustrator with desire to create meaningful connections through drawing. Jonathan’s work depicts caricatures such as dungeon and dragon characters, as well as designs utilising the Zentangle art practice, Zentangle is a method of drawing structured patterns to create images using string-like lines to define areas and repetitive patterns or tangles.
Jonathan is a Moorabool local and alumni of Swinburne University of Technology. He is currently working as an illustrator for a series of children's books in association with Swinburne University and teaches story boarding and illustration.
