The Entrepreneurial Resilience Program is designed to equip businesses with vital strategies to navigate the challenges of the modern business landscape.
Comprising two components, this series begins with:
an online self-paced learning modules to establish foundational knowledge,
followed by a face-to-face workshop, offering a comprehensive learning experience.
By providing both online learning and face-to-face workshops, the project caters to the diverse needs of busy business owners, allowing them to choose between self-paced online sessions, onsite workshops, or both, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.
This program aims to provide a holistic approach to building resilience in businesses, addressing various facets such as workforce development, operational efficiency, crisis planning, and personal well-being.
Strengthening Business Practices’ course is designed to help owners of an existing small businesses who want short term, constructive advice to support business recovery as well as tools for longer-term future crisis planning. It also includes aspects of personal resilience and coping techniques for the well-being of the business owner as well as the health of the business.
The Business Recovery Advisory Service, funded by both the Australian Government and the State Government of Victoria, will be facilitated by Ai Group. This program aims to assist small business owners in Victoria in realigning with fundamental business principles for resilience and growth, at no cost to Councils. It includes workshops presented by Ai Group focusing on Keys to Success for Small Business Owners, which cover essential business fundamentals and marketing alignment strategies. Additionally, there will be sessions on wellbeing delivered by EACH*, providing strategies for maintaining health, managing stress, and understanding the distinction between wellbeing and mental health. *EACH is an organization dedicated to delivering health and support services to enhance lives and communities, proudly participating in the Victorian Government's Partners in Wellbeing program.
