Port Fairy Folk Festival artists come to Ballan! Festival of Small Halls in partnership with Moorabool Shire Council are proud to present the mesmerising international songwriter Lucy Farrell from the UK and Australian rocking blues duo Hat Fitz & Cara with local artist Paper Cranes will kick off the night with her dulcet tones.
