We are very excited that our People and Culture team has won the HR Management (HRM) category at the 2024 Australian Business Awards. The Australian Business Award for HRM recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate excellence in human resource management. Specifically, the People and Culture team has been recognised for the incredible work it has undertaken as part of its journey to become a destination employer. We could not be prouder of our People and Culture team and are very appreciative for its tireless efforts in creating the best possible working environment for staff and continually pushing the envelope as it applies to HR practices.
