HMS Community is Australia's first Community Paramedic led charity providing homecare and clinic services, with a primary mission of keeping people safe in their homes and community.

HMS Community offers a range of homecare services through My Aged Care, NDIS, and self-funded participants across Moorabool Shire, Macedon Ranges, Melton City and some areas of North-Western Melbourne.
