Community asset committees

Community Asset Committees (CACs) are made up of volunteers who directly manage daily operational activities at nominated halls and recreation reserves on behalf of Moorabool Shire Council. The role of these Committees is to deliver a service on behalf of Council to their community, including managing a Council facility to ensure it remains accessible and usable by those in the community that depend on the use of the facility.

Community Asset Committees create greater local connection and bring local knowledge that results in more community initiated activation of facilities. We thank all our Committee members for their service to their communities and acknowledge the important contribution to the management of community facilities they provide.
