Permit for recreational vehicles

You will need a recreational vehicle permit to use any off-road motorised vehicles on land for recreational purposes. This includes: 

  • mini bikes 
  • trail bikes 
  • motor bikes
  • motor cars 
  • four-wheel drive vehicles 
  • motor scooters
  • go-carts 
  • any other vehicles propelled by a motor or by mechanical means.

You must consider local laws related to noise or odour associated with the activity.

Step 2.Submit your application

Submit your application via email to info@moorabool.vic.gov.au

Step 3.Payment

Once we receive your application, one of our customer service officers will give you a call to take payment over the phone.

Open: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
           Saturday 9am-2pm
