If you have received a penalty infringement for a vehicle you no longer own, are no longer in possession of, or you were not the driver a the time, you can nominate the correct person using this form.

What happens next?
Once your nomination statement is received our Community Safety team will ensure all information required has been included. To ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible, make sure you supply all information requested.
The Community Safety team will process the nomination statement, the original infringement will be withdrawn, and a new infringement will be issued to the nominated person.
You will be advised in writing (email or post) once the process is complete.
