Request infringement photo evidence

If you have received an infringement from Moorabool Shire Council you can submit a request to obtain photo evidence of the alleged offence. 

Please note: there is no legislative requirement for Authorised Officers to take photographs of offences.

This means there may not be a photograph of the offence related to your infringement notice.

How to request photo evidence:

You can request photo evidence via email to info@moorabool.vic.gov.au

You must include:

  • Your full name
  • The infringement notice number - you will find this number in the top right hand corner of the infringement notice
  • Vehicle registration details

What happens next?

The Community Safety team will review your request and respond within five business days.
