Bostock is a storage reservoir constructed across the Eastern Moorabool River, just below its junction with Paddock Creek. It's a popular spot for shore-fishing with anglers able to catch rainbow trout, brown trout, and redfin just to name a few.
As well as being a fishing destination, it's a popular spot for family gatherings. There are multiple undercover and open-air picnic areas with plenty of tables to host multiple groups.
Other activities available at Bostick include mountain biking, bushwalking, and birdwatching, however snakes can be prevalent in the warmer months.
Bostock Reservoir is managed by Barwon Water. For further information including fishing restrictions please visit the Barwon Water website.
Please note - boating and swimming are not permitted at Bostock Reservoir.
